Wondering if any of you have had any experiences (good or bad) using the Max-OT Cardio method. It looks to be a variation of the "sprinter's cardio" theory espoused by so many men's health mags.

Yeah, it's a real kicker! Although I'm not incorporating HIIT into my cardio regime now, but I used to do the Max-OT (I'll start back in the spring).
*I would walk 1 minute on the treadmill (level 1) , then run 30 seconds (level 12)....It's a really good work-out!
