Hi, I have a few more questions relating to candida.Any help would be appreciated.
Tomatoes and potatoes! Can I eat them or not? Every website is different, does anyone have any input?
What about rice?

Also, this may sound crazy but lately ive had this white powdery stuff coming out of my eyebrows! I dont know what it is? could it be yeast?

p.s. I hate this diet Im always hungry for sugar and dairy and hamburgers and donuts and chocolate.I cant stop thinking about it!

One more thing....

I still smoke. Does smoking have any affect on my recovery for candidia?

Thank-you

All starches are converted to sugar that candida thrives on. Potatoes are one of the worse. Tomatoes are OK.

The diet is for your health --- you should like the diet that is making you well. You have just not suffered from candida overgrowth enough --- If you had you would bless the day that you found out how to cure your problem.

Smoking doesn't bother the diet but it does causes Lung Cancer along with many other disorders. You should be a little concerned

Do you really expect me to like eating vegetables and meat all the time. Have you never felt frustrated with your diet. I have been suffering for 4 years now I have been out of work for 5 months because of this. I cant go out I cant drive.I constantly have headaches and fatigue along with a million other symptoms. I get angry and I appoligize!

Hey congo,
It sounds like you need to be treated more agressively. With the yeast killers on the market these days and the diet if you don't cheat on the diet -- you should be over any Candida problems and back to normal by now.
I hope you're under the care of a Qualified Doctor that know how to treat Candidiasis??

Hi nyxin.

As you know I write alot on several of these boards -- I'll have to go back and find your post about your infection and problems. I cannot recall ever recommending B-12 ever on these boards. It's a very difficult vitamin to absorb orally and people that lack it usually have to get it from shots and it's needed by most vegetarians. I think my message was on the Digestive Disorders board --- I check and let you know.

God Bless---Harry

Hi everyone,
What are the symptoms of candida? I have quite a few symptoms. The worst is brainfog. I also have lightheadedness caused by movement. My ears are full, my nose is slightly stuffed but dry and my eyes are whack. I have terrible headaches at temples and base of skull. As long as I take a paxil every other day I dont get the headaches, cant figure that out. The paxil does not help any other symptom. I also get tingly sensations. Does this sound like candida?

Thank You

Derek
