Hi, I am 40 years old and have just found out that I have a high Cortisol level. My doctor thinks that I have cushings syndrome. Does anyone know anyting about cushings linked with Alzheimer's disease? The cause of the high Cortisol level is not known as there is no sign of tumors anywhere and I have never taken any drugs that could lead to the high level. I would be very interested to find out any information or to hear from anyone who knows if there Is a link between the 2 diseases. This probably sounds really confusing but I know so little about it and want to know more.
