three Questions.
1. How long after taken creatine did you being to see results & what were your finishing results have a month of taking it.
2. After stopping or cycling off creatine how much of your results or strength did you lose?
3. If you already have abs showing threw a fair bit, will creatine push them out more since they will get far bigger?

i noticed the effects of creatine after about 2 weeks when i first started with it. granted i had did a loading phase.
i can feel the difference when i'm on and when i'm off but not that dramatic. i've been using it since 1996.
creatine has never done anything to effect my abs. what i get from it is when i'm on a mass cycle, it allows me to get those 2-4 extra reps. if diet and rest are adequate, it makes a difference.
