Howdy,
On new years eve i was at a party with a couple of friends. There was no drinking, no smoking, and most certainly no drugs that were being used amongst us at the party. But when i went into the kitchen to grab some soda from the fridge, there was a cloud of cigarette smoke plus a very VERY strog smell of marajuana. As it turns out, the hostess's older brothers were smoking in a nearby room. The problem was taken care of on the spot by the two boys' parents, but after inhaling that mix of crap i'd gotten cramps since yestarday (1/4/03) every time i ate something. Has anyone ever had this problem before with second hand smoke of any kind? Should I have talked to a doctor?
Thanks

I can't see how that could be related. Second hand smoke is a cumulative thing, the longer you are exposed to it, the more chance you have in developing a health problem in the future. We are talking years here, not one encounter. There are rare cases where people can be allergic to the smoke but I doubt that is the case here.
