Over the past year and a half I have begun to experience something quite unpleasurable. I have been to the doctor, and he had nothing to offer except drink more fluids, I am hoping for more help here. Anyway, what happens is, without notice, I begin to hear a ringing in my ear and then I began to get faint and very hot. After a few minutes I being to become sick to my stomach and my vison becomes blurred and the room kind of spins. I have to get someone to get me cold wash cloths as I am not able to stand up. After a while, if I don't actually black out, I will begin to feel better, normally about 20 minutes. I do have low blood pressure, but it's not that low. Can anyone offer any suggestions?
I am a female, low 20's.

I would suggest you see an ear/nose/throat physician. It sound like you may have an inner ear disorder, or even Meniere's syndrome, which is characterized by episodes of tinnitus (ringing in ear), accompanied by vertigo, nausea, etc.
Your doctor probably thought you were simply dehydrated but if it continues see an ENT person.
