I used to measure myself (or get someone to measure me) regularly when i was a teen and i was always 5ft 3. I got measured last year and i was 5ft 4. I always thought you couldn't grow past 21, but is it possible?

I'd be interested to hear people's thoughts on this as well. up until about 9 months ago, I'd always been measured to be 5'7" - now, I'm a definite 5'8". One theory I had is improved posture could add a significant amount of height - I always used to slouch, but try not to now, so maybe that explains why I suddenly 'grew'.
