Does anyone know what cooked Red Chard tastes like? I heard it was healthy and bought some but dont know much else.

I don't know how to describe the flavor, but my whole family really likes it. Probably closer to spinach than anything else, but it doesn't taste like spinach, either.
I made some the other night. Got real creative this time and kind of stir fried/steamed it along with chopped tomatoes, red onion and garlic, with salt and pepper. It came out SUPER!

Oh, yes, it was tasty. Usuall I juice it with my kale and carrots and an apple but I wanted to try it cooked. Thanks again
