What are the side effects of ephedra, my firned is taking it and its working so well. she was putting on some weight and she tried the hydroxycut without ephedra and now shes taking the ephedra and wow her stomach is ripped. she said its the only thing that helps her lose weight.

Ephedra has just been banned by the FDA because of it's harmful side effects. Over 150 people died. What is does is speed your heart up increasing the risk of heart attack, stroke, dizziness and death. It effects brain chemistry, and I think maybe motor skills(in some cases). Tell your friend to stop taking ephedra. I'm taking ephedra free hydroxycut and i am getting results. Hope this helps
