Hi, I have been running for a while but the lacrosse season is coming up and i was wondering if there is anything i can take to run faster? A quick search said somethings about "creatine, Bee Pollen, fluid replacements, caffeine, carb loading" Please understand i know there are health risks so i am considering things only that are safe. I know only true performence increases will come with practice, but i was wondering if there is something i can take to get me through the endurance runs (3 miles or more) ans sprinting days. Again, safety is a primary concern, does anything work?

Steroids, but them's illegal and got baaaaad consequences. Just gotta train :)
