Can a person have a Heart Attack and never know about it til they have a Stress test?

A Friend of mine had a Stress done recently and it showed that they had 2 HA's.

I didnt know this was possible.My Friend has had chest pain before but it passed.

Yes, it is called a silent heart attack. Some people can have no pain at all.
