Hi there..

Ive been working out for 2 months now, I dont have access to a gym right now and all I have to work out is my own hands for push-ups, and a 20 pound champs hand weight that I use daily.

Can someone tell me some techniques so I could get the most out of my limited supply of work out equipment.

Thanks, peace..

You could be looking for bodyweight or calisthenics exercises. A search engine should point out a few sites. It's what things like navy seal workout and martial arts fitness trainings are based on.

Might not build bulk and mass, but could put you and keep you in good physical condition.

I knew this friend when I was in track in high school. The season before, I he was one of the skinnest people around. The next season, he was straight up cut and buff. I asked him what his secret was. He said he did a high about of pushups and situps. He said he would do about 50 at a time until his arms felt like jello. Thought I should pass this on to you.
