I am split training here is my workout
Mon: Biceps, 20 min cardio, abs
Tues: Triceps, 20 min cardio
Wed: Chest, 20 min cardio, abs
thurs: Shoulders: 20 min cardio
fri: back, 20 min cardio, abs
sat: legs, 20 min cardo
sun: rest
is this split session safe, especially cardio 5 times a day
