Hi, I was just wondering if anyone can please help me. For about 6 months now I've been getting dull stomach aches, down around the groin/lower stomach area. I've also had hip and lower back aches with it too. Now and then I feel nauseous, but not enough to throw up. Just recently I've also needed to go to the toilet quite often, but it doesn't hurt to go, and it looks normal. Does anyone know if these symptoms could be the sign of kidney or bladder problems?
I thought for a while that the pain may be related to ovulation, but now I've noticed that the pain is there most of the time. Can you have a stone for that long, without it being passed?
I really need some answers, and its really starting to stress me out. I've got a doctors appointment on Wednesday, but thought someone may be able to offer advice before then.

Hi Yellow Rose
You seem to be having similar symptoms that both myself and Silver Fox are suffering with. (See thread entitled What can it be? Any ideas please, started by myself Bambi79)
If you don't get any one else offering any more suggestions for you then feel free to join us on that thread and we can all share our symptoms and experiences. Hopefully between us all, we can find out why we are in so much pain.
I hope reading the other thread helps you.
:) Bambi xx

Hi Everyone!
The symptoms you are describing are similar to a bacterial kidney infection. This is considered a UTI (urinary tract infection) and should be taken care of with anti-biotics. While usually benign, untreated infections could lead to much more serioius problems so go get yourselves checked out by a doctor. Anti-biotics are usually very effective and you should be feeling better within a few days. However, I have not examined you or tested your urine so I cannot know for sure. So please go to your doc, and get figured out :)
