Does anyone have any idea what the Recommended Daily Allowance is for carbs? I'm not on any weight-loss diet, but I started keeping track of what I eat to make sure I'm eating a balanced diet. Does anyone know how many carb grams is a considered normal in a daily diet? I can't seem to find this info anywhere, only how many servings should be eaten per day. Thanks!!

the rda is around 300 grams of carbs a day, I think. I know it's 6-11 servings or something like that. I just found a food in my cupboard that had 5% of the daily allowance (15 grams) of carbs, and multiplied 15 x 20 to get 100%, or 300 grams.
Hope this helps.
