Lately, I have been feeling really bad. I feel exhausted all the time, I have heart palpitaions, rapid heart rate, dizziness, chest pain, depression, headaches and feelings of passing out (as if oxygen isn't traveling to my head). I went to see my primary to get a blood test done. He said everything was fine..nothing to worry about (he checked thyroids and blood- big concern since my dad died of Multiple Myloma & Leukemia). Once again..he claimed everything was fine..it was just anxiety.
I am going to a new Internal Medicine doctor to get a second opinion. I have heard about B12 deficiency and iron deficiency in relation with anemia. Can these be spotted from a regular blood test or do special blood test need to be done. What should I tell my new doctor? Do these symptoms sound anemia related, thyroid related, or do you guys think it's just anxiety? I've been feeling like this for the past 7 months and I'm so worried and tired of feeling like this!
Thank you!

All those symptoms can be from any number of things, anxiety, B-12 deficiency, thyroid problems etc. Need to have those blood tests done to confirm any suspicions.
