Hi, there.

I'm not anemic myself, but where I come from (Europe), a traditional remedy for the improvement of one's overall blood quality has always been a bowl of grated carrots, apples and beets, all raw. At least it has helped balance irregularities in some people close to me. It's natural, healthy, and simple, so it wouldn't hurt to try for a couple of weeks anyway, right?? Hope it helps.
