In responding to a previous post, I listed what I was doing to help my iron deficency anemia. I started taking iron tonics, leafy green vegetables, and having a small glass of rich red wine, which I was told is a blood builder. Also read that 8 hour rest is essential for body repair and rebuilding of blood cells. Sunshine stimulates blood making, so does exercise, along with other things. Just curious, anybody got any other suggestions on how I can build this blood up. When I go in for my blood work again, I want to feel alive and full of energy.
