Floradix more likely is not causing diarrea, start at the lower dose and work up with the floradix. How high did you begin floradix dose? I started out slow, very, and under recommendation of the manufacturers, split up into several doses during the day. Your body has been through alot, just like if you came off of a med or antibiotic that caused stomach problems, some people take longer to recover than others... I have stomach upset from push over the edge with an antibiotic taken about a month ago. I have learned; when I have other problems and your body is not up to par as is with severe anemia, regular course of recovery is not the same for me as for others.
