I have been to the doctor numerous times in the past 6 years. Went for numb leg, tingling in leg, lack of attention span, etc. Everything has been chalked up to stress. I have been dizzy and sickly feeling for the past 2 months. Finally went to the doctor because I am clumsy, walk into walls, drop things, am dizzy, have sensations in my legs, headaches, and extreme fatigue. Did the mri last Thursday, then on Saturday, part of my face went numb. My feet have been stiff upon getting out of bed the past few months. I am anxiously waiting for my doctor appt on Friday to find out the news. The mri will probably show nothing again and then I will look like an idiot who always complains about things being wrong and then they will blame it on stress again. If it is MS, I would like to find out so maybe I can take better care of myself to slow it down. Thanks for listening.

Well, you should take better care of yourself regaurdless, but I totally understand what you mean. Just having an answer would be nice.
Also, they do have other tests such as blood, urine, spinal taps etc. to help find out if it is MS. Just because you have MS does not mean it shows up on all the tests... and vise/versa.
Good luck.

I don't think the blood test that helps diagnose MS is available in the states yet. Hopefully soon, though! Sure would help.
