View Full Version : RBC low

I just had my blood work done and I came back with the following readings:

RBC 3.8 - too low it says
WBC 6.4
Hemo 12.5
Hemato 36.5

I'm a 40 year old female. Could the RBC being low result in fatigue? Does this mean I'm anemic? When I menstruate each month, I'm extremely, extremely tired, exhausted sometimes dizzy. How can I boost this level. I was also diagnosed with high cholesterol and put on medication. My weight is normal but I'm not supposed to add cholesterol foods to my diet. How can I raise this level naturally or with a supplement from the Health Food store?

Thanks.
