When I was at the horses, and when I would turn my head to the right..I would hear and feel fizzling in my head..near the scalp by the ear? It was really weird. Also, my neck pops and my mom and sis can hear it....Is this bad?

This means that your muscles are tightening up to protect your jaw joint. The fizzing sound is typical when the muscles are contracting and firing off in protection mode. You need to get the jaw joint in its correct position with a splint, then have physical therapy to calm down the muscles. It seems to me that until you get a diagnosis and treatment for your jaw joint and bite, then some physical therapy, things will get worse instead of better.
