View Full Version : Low white count and low platets & hematocrit

miss-understanding

Just curious...my hematologist could not give me an answer for my odd blood work a few months back. Low white count, low hematocrit and platlet count was 28,000 (forget what the white and hematocrit was..not too bad just below norm for 6 weeks of tests). My platelets steadily rose over 6 weeks but red and white counts dropped...not tested since. I tested positve for anti-platlet antibody and the only explanation hematologist could give was maybe I had a virus. I still bruise easily though and am not sure what my counts are now. Any ideas....anyone? (Don't have Lupus or cancer cells)
