i graduated college in may. im only employed part time, making barely enough money to eat. i have bi polar disorder, and so i need to see a psych and therapist on a regular basis. how do i get help?

You have to contact MEDICAID (not Medicare) If you without any funds, they will help.

I would as your primary care doctor for a referral to a Community Mental Health Clinic (CMHC), or check your state's Department of Mental Health. A CMHC is a clinic with psychologists, psychiatrists, etc., who treat mental health and will reduce or eliminate the fees based on your income.
Medicaid, as mentioned above, may also be a great help depending on what state you are in. Unfortuneately, many Medicaid programs do not cover mental health for adults at all, and often are not available to an adult unless they are disabled or pregnent (or post partum).
