Hello I have a question about those little red dots, what are they and do I need to be worried about them turning into something serious if their not serious to begin with?

Sounds like you're talking about cherry angiomas. These are tiny, raised, red bumps. They usually appear after age 40 and are most common on the chest and back.
Cherry angiomas are benign and usually don't require treatment. If they're bothersome, you can always have them frozen off with liquid nitrogen.
Of course it's possible that you're describing a different kind of red bump, but cherry angiomas are the most likely.
Take care,
Mats.
