What exactly is a male's first outbreak like? Can you only get one sour and where do they usualy appear?
I have a partner who does not have it, How can I still sleep with her but prevent her from catching it? Does anyone know the chances of passing it to someone who does not have it?

Outbreaks can be very different from person to person. One person may be a mass of sores, the next person may get only one sore, the next may get only papercut looking fissures, or just red, irritated skin. Genital herpes sores can appear anywhere in the "boxershort" area (the area covered by a pair of boxer shorts).

Oh, have you been diagnosed yet? Just because you have a bump, doesn't mean it has to be herpes...it could be many things...an ingrown hair, infected hair folicle, a cyst, a pimple, molluscum contagium, HPV.....the list goes on... :)

No I am waiting for my test results to come. My girlfriend had a fever blister on her lip about a month ago and we had oral sex. Now a few days ago after tanning, I thought I had dry skin and was itching. Later on I saw these 3 small bumps like a quarter inch above my penis, where my hair is. Besides that I am getting married in a few days, if I find out this isn't herpes it will be the best present.
