Hi, i read from somewhere that changing biological clock can cause highblood pressure? i sleep 6 to 3pm & awake from 4 - 6pm

Hi Tina,

I believe that fully.
I have quite a circadian rhythm to my BP...highest soon after awakening and lowest in the evening infront of the TV or in a theater! I think most people have similar rhythms. Changing the rhythm is probably quite disruptive to MANY bodily systems especially the hormonal mediated ones like BP, metabolism, mental acuity and sexuality.

Mine is also highest in the morning upon awakeing. It will be even higher if I didn't sleep well.

I agree with zip and rick. I find my BP to be highest in the morning and lowest in the evening at night. With Verapamil, my morning/noon readings average 135/65. At night, my readings average around
125-130/65.
