my daughter was diagnosed with eptopic kidney or pelvic kidney where one of her kidneys never moved but instead stayed in her pelvic area.
Anyways when seeing a nurpherlogist (sp?) they said that she seems to be okay. They did not do any test on her but just based this on notes taken from previous blood test and ultrasounds.
Now the thing that worries me is I have been reading that one of the signs of kidney disease is frequent nigh urinating. My daughter is 4 years 4 months. She still pottys every night and has to wear pull ups. She pees quite a bit actually probably 2-3 times is my guess as her pull ups are always very full. I told the doc this but they said it's probably because she is just not ready. But what do you think? Think I should do further testing? Her tests in the past which was done in Nov came out okay but I don't want to over look anything or assume anything.
She also is very small for her age. But then again me and her father or not tall or big people. So they again said it was due to her background.
Also are there any other signs I should look out for in a child?

It's hard to use the "night urination" as a sign for kidney disease in young children as, even normal kids urinate at night sometimes. You should look mostly for signs of swelling in your kid--notably around the eyes. If your child wakes up looking like she's been in a boxing match (because her eyes are so swollen), then you might want to get her kidneys checked out; however, other than it's abnormal location, a pelvic kidney can be fully functional and pose no problems in the long term.
