What can I do so I can hear better? I had tubes when I as little so that is not a factor. I have been to an ENT, etc.....And they don't see anything. I am being treated for TMJ and wear a splint at night, but I cannot stand this. I cannot pop my ears at all, my right ear is more badly clogged then my left. What can I do? I am 23, and can't stand this feeling.

well I don't know how long you have been wearing a splint but it should
help with the clogged ear. It just might take time for the splint to do its
job.
I had a cold on top of tmj so I had major deafness in one ear also.
decongestants help.
