good food choices and more of them. dont rely on fast foods or junk foods. sure you'll gain weight, but they'll lead to other problems.

chicken, turkey, lean red meat, fish, cottage cheese, yogurt, milk, eggs

brown rice, veggies, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, fruit, whole wheat breads and cereals

peanut butter, flax seed, oils,

4-6 meals a day, roughly every 3 hours. dont increase calories too quickly. just a little at a time.

Have you had your thyroid tested? Your thyroid could be hyper active. That could be the cause of your weight loss, panic attacks and depression as those are all symptoms. You should go and see your doctor immediately.
