We all know of all the toxins we have in our bodies. For a couple of weeks or no longer than a month, just have raw veggies and fruits with juice from your juicer, say 4 times a day. If you get too hungry, eat some celery and carrot sticks. After the 30 days, start adding some nuts and seeds, then cereals, then breads, then tofu and whatever might be healthy to eat. This way you re-build your body into a healthy machine, and develop a habit of healthy eating. Just don't go back to the hot dog, potato chips, ice cream and candy. I feel this is just some good old common since and nothing to extreme. I appreciate your comments

Thank You

The human body needs more protein than what a vegan diet provides (mine does anyhow) and its near impossible to get enough protein from nuts/beans.

You must be a body builder. I was one for 15 years and for 15 years I felt like a peace of lead from all the protein I was putting into my body.
