Hi,
I used o play field hockey 10 years back and during the game hurt my wrists when i used to fall on my hands.
Now i feel pain in wrist joints. But this happens only for a few(5-6) days in a year. Or if put some sudden impact on my wrists it strts paining.
Is it called Arthrits???????
