I am 19, 20 in May and I have a 2 year old son, I am just wondering if anyone can tell me what kind of vitamin I could take for energy? I have no energy to do anything. Thanx!

Hi Dawn. I would recommend stress tabs (or the generic version called stress formula). You can buy these in any drug store aisle. The ingredients in these are the vitamins your body burns up in a day. They come in 3 flavors. Regular-with zinc- and with iron. With iron is formulated for women.give these a try. I been taking these everyday for 10 years now. Amazing results- I look and feel younger.

As long as you are sure there's no unknown physical condition or poor diet causing your loss of energy, a multi would be a good start. But don't expect instant results, as this has to be taken on a regular basis for benefit. If you're interested, there are some herbs which can provide a more instant boost, along with long term benefits as well. I have found Cayenne and Korean Ginseng to be valuable in this area. However, I wouldn't take either one until you are able to become familiar with how they work or if you happen to be taking medication.

Give Vitamin B12 a try.
