So when I went to the doctor back in September they just "looked" at me and said that it looks like Herpes. They called in another doctor who looked and said the same thing. They gave me a 10 day script for Valtrex and lidocaine ointment. After the 10 days I was simply a little sore after sex for like a week. I have not had any outbreaks or sypmtoms since then. Should I get a blood test taken to prove to myself that I have Herpes? They never gave me one. I guess I'm also asking is it possible that maybe I don't have it...maybe they were just wrong?
