I think that not only are different people different, but some ob's are different than others. I have some ob's that take a few days, others that take a couple weeks no matter what I do!

with abreva mine last about 4 days but never get big enough to actually see. Just keep the abreva flowing and you wont even have a cold sore (to everyone else)
