I left a posting for my tight and sore knees and I really appreciate eveyone who took time to read my posting and reply to it but now I have a new problem that appeared today. When I was walking throught the house today I noticed that my right knee seemed tighter and in more pain then usual so I looked at it and noticed a huge knott or bump that was on it, I had to take a pain pill so that it wouldn't hurt so bad when I laid down on the couch it also feels like it has fever in it. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions for me I would appreciate any ideas that anyone might have.

I suggest that you go to your doc ASAP. The knot or lump could be anything from a muscle to a growth. In the meantime, ice it for 15 minutes to see if that helps, but you really need to go see your doctor.
