Just wondering if anyone has done the 3 day diet, where you eat certain things for 3 days and then eat regular food for 4 days (but not over eating on the 4 days) then you start over again for the 3 days, If you have done it could you let me know what you thought about it and how much you lost. Thanks

YES I DID IT AND THAT'S JUST A FAD DIET. I LOST 7 POUNDS AND GAINED 20 POUNDS BACK. IT'S NOT WORTH IT. ARE YOU PLANNING TO STAY ON THIS DIET BECAUSE IF YOU DON'T CONTINUE IT YOU'RE GONNA GAIN THE WEIGHT BACK. PLEASE BELIEVE ME

Yes I have tried it and have succesfullly lost about 25 lbs. I did not excersise nor did I adjust my eating habit to the extreme. I just stopped pigging out all the time. Still ate but just not like a hog. lol. I now have my whole company on this diet and it has been a success to many. You should try it.

I did it a couple of years ago and it worked REALLT well I lost about 30 lbs. in 4 months but i did it monday-friday and off on week ends... some times i'd eat a regular dinner on friday night depending on what we were having. It was easy and i walked 40-60 min a day ...no weights or anything else just walking. Of course i stopped then my mom died and i just quit all together and after that it was june and too hot to walk so of course i gained it all back...but I'm starting monday doing so sort of diet and i started at the gym 2 weeks ago so i'm feeling better already ! try it and stick to it for 3 days and see how it goes! then if you don't like it do something else

I posted the three day diet. Below is my response to the first person that was looking for it. Alot of people don't like it because if you don't make some adjustments to your habits you will gain the weight back. But isn't that how we all got here in the first place?
Here is the three day diet. I have followed this diet myself. Losing 7lbs. the first time, 5lbs. the second and finally 12lbs. The only problem is you will gain the wieght back fast if you don't excercise or follow a healthy eating plan. So I excercise on the days that I'm not following the diet, because you don't get enough to make energy. Also, it would be really hard to start excercising and dieting on the same day or week, if your not used to doing either. Good luck! Let me know about your progress.
