If it sounds that good and I know the whole tea thing is becoming popular weight lose cause ephedra is banned I would say see what is in it cause i took mega green tea and that had caffinee in it and it made me wired. But my mother lost a lot of weight from drinking green tea and i try to get her to exercise and she had surgery on her feet and she uses our lateral thigh trainer to hel strengthen her ankles so hopefully when he feet and ankles are better she will continue to use it and lose weight.

I am not a big fan of those diet pills even if they are ephedra free i heard that they still cause health problems. I know every one wants to lose weight and I know it is hard to stick to a diet but believe me there are a lot of foods that you can cut out of your diet and you can stop drinking soda and only drink water and dont eat white bread and try to eat smaller portions of food. Good luck with everything though just becareful with those fad diet pills.
