hi, okay i haven't had an outbreak since early october and it lasted for about a week in a half. That was my one and only outbreak. I haven't done anything different with anything. Is this normal? Like, i seriously feel like i dont even have this...what do you think that this is? has anybody else experienced this?

For a long time--years--I had only one or two ob's a year. For some people, that goes on and on, or the ob's just fade away. Maybe you're one of the lucky ones! Yay!

Yes, it does happen. It's one of the main reasons people don't know they have it... they have something wierd. once. and they don't realize that it was a herpes outbreak. and then for some reason, they don't have reoccurent outbreaks. I hope that this is your case! However, don't let up the vigil. Consider it a good reminder to take good care of yourself, eat well, excercise (you may do all of these things already... in which case, keep up the good work!). I know that I, and others, have found that having H has made us healthier than ever in so many ways becuase it demands much attention to how we treat out bodies if we are to avoid OBs.
Good look to you, I hope you never ever ever have another outbreak again!!
