Hi all-
I have recently gained 25lbs...and im scared.I can't stop bingeing out at nite.
I was always fairly w/in normal weight but i think im perimenapausal..and im gaining fast.Im 5'5 and 156 lbs...yikes.
Im attending a wedding in 2 wks..and i just ordered slim in 6 on the web..it won't be here in time.
What can i do to stop the insanity!!!LOL
Any suggestions?
Any comments would be appreciated..

Eat 3 small meals a day, each meal with lots of protein (chicken, meat, fish, eggs etc) plus lots of green veggies. Cut out all grains and starchy foods (potatoes, wheat, pasta, rice, bread) etc.. Drink 8 glasses of water a day. Before each meal, drink 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar (just hold your nose) as this breaks down the fat.
And 2 weeks later, you could be 14lbs lighter. But you will need to be strict and no snacking, not even fruit.
