Okay, I started at 155 last April and got down to about 125 (I am 5'5"). I am now at around 127-129 depending on the day. I got pregnant and lost the baby in December. That, plus the holidays, made for lots of comfort food eating!
My question is, should I try to get back down to 125? Everytime I try to do that, I gain the two or three pounds I loose right back if I even slip up a little with my eating. I LIKE TO EAT!!!
I havemaintained my current weight by eating healthy most of the time and exercising everyday.
I just don't know what to do. I would like to be at 125 again, but is a couple of pounds worth obsessing over? I mean, I still wear a 6 or 4 (same as I did at 125).
I would like some opinions about this. Am I being petty? Or am I really still too fat? I am so confused - have lost perspective on the whole weight issue. Why do I feel fatter now than I did when I was at 135 and still trying to loose? Please help me...
THANK YOU!

It's possible that exercising everyday means you have MORE lean muscle on you than before, and muscle weighs a lot more than fat .. that's why you are still able to wear the same size clothes. Maybe it's better to concentrate on how you feel/look than on what you weight.

What invincible said....Weight is not the issue. How you actually look and feel is important. If you weigh 129 and would like to lose three pounds of fat....keep excercising every day and set calories at bodyweight x 10.
