Yes!! When I was 12-20, I was maybe 3 stones overweight, I was size 7 in shoe size, having lost the weight I became size 6 ... now, many years later, having gained half the weight back.. I am size 6.5

Yes, they do...I lost 40 pounds and a whole shoe size!!!

Thank you, i thought i was just going crazy, bc i gained about 30 lbs and for some reason my shoes dont fit me.

Yes, when I was 15 I got very sick and lost a lot of weight. My shoes size was 9 and went down to 8.5. I got pregnant and my feet didn't get bigger, just wider. I can't wear some of my cute shoes because they are too tght for my feet. Hopefully, after I lose this extra weight, I will be able to wear them again!
