Whats been working for you?

I have cut my calories hugely. I make sure I always always eat breakfast. Eat lunch and supper and dont snack EVER after supper. I work out 6 days a week about 40 min cardio. I burn 500 calories each time I work out. I use a satationary bike... with a program that goes up hills ect. If I know Im going to be going out one night for dinner... I save calories and just eat fruit for that day. I feel SO amazing. I have a lot of weight to loose. So... this is a life change. The exercise feels amazing. I never thought I would say that. Its great!!! :)

Nice work!! Yeah It all comes down to cutting calories and exercising! I know everyone wants that magic pill but it just takes hardwork and motivation and you will find yourself enjoying the feeling you get when you exercise. I know I have! Congrats again!! Wish you best of luck. Take Care.

Thanks Tyler. Yes... I decided not to go with pills or any fast weight loss plan such as atkins, because in my experience... most people gain all there weight after getting off these... and I know many that have tried it. I am making a life style change, that I know I can continue! Im very excited. The exercise at first was a HUGE deal... and was very hard, now that ive been doing it almost every day, it just feels great. How long do they say before something becomes habit. LOL

I did the same thing. Reduced my caloric intake to 1100-1300 per day and I have lost 15 pounds since Christmas. I did give up sodas, chocolate, and wheat bread, ( I now use spelt bread). I have totally adjusted to the reduced food intake and I don’t mind it at all. I should of done this years ago instead of trying all those fad diets.

Thank you! Yes, decided to do it the right way!! I will not loose weight and gain it back. This is for the rest of my life. Im doing this for me... but also because I have two young kids and a husband who I adore. I want to be around a long time for them, and be able to enjoy life with them. I ate far too much tonight. First time in three weeks. I had pizza and icecream. But... again tomorrow is a new day. I am going forward. TEE HEE Take care!!! :)
