View Full Version : what does this mean?

SINATRA
02-01-2004, 12:59 PM
I received my test results but do not know how to read and understand the results. I had blood drawn 2 weeks ago and today I picked up the results after not hearing back from my doctor. Below are the results as printed on the lab paper.

TEST
Herpes Simplex
AB Type 1&2 RESULTS REF RANGE UNITS LOW NORM HIGH

HSV TYPE 1 <0.91 0.00-0.90 ISR X
HSV TYPE 2 <0.91 0.00-0.90 ISR X

If anybody could help me understand what this means, I would appreciate it. The sooner I know, the better.

Thanks,
Frank Sinatra
