I had intestinal surgery in May, apparently I developed a large kidney stone as a possible side affect. I had a lithotripsy blast in December as it was too large to pass. I had a stent for about 3 weeks, after that was removed the doc said I'd probably pass debris. I need another blast soon however I now feel like I have a stuck or lumpy feeling in my side and an abnormal amount of gas. Is this from stone material stuck in the ureter? I dont have a huge amount of pain.

I had exactly the same problem as you had, minus the intestinal surgery. I had four huge kidney stones blasted and the debris was caught in my right ureter. The urologist said if it didn't come out, I was either going to get blasted again or he would have to pull it out with a wire. I went, on my own idea, to a chiropractor, had my back cracked and when I came home, the debris came out like magic and my next KUB was finally clear. Good luck. I know how much pain kidney stones are.
