:) I wanted to share this information. I have never been on a diet in my life. I spent my first career in the military and really never had to worry too much about weight. My wife did Weight Watchers years ago with great success. However, that was then and this is now. So, with my weight being 25 pounds heavier than my military days, and having a constant battle with my triglycerides (at one time 460), we both decided to try this diet. So, after three weeks and a trip to the doctor for new blood tests, this is what I ended up with:
Before: After:
Weight: 217 205
Cholesterol 219 168
Triglycerides: 191 74
LDL: 141 116
This diet is very "user friendly." More important to me than the weight loss is the blood chemistry. I hope this info is helpful to anyone that is considering the this diet.
