Hello,

Does anyone know anything about the IgG delayed onsent food allergy test? I had it done and found out that I'm allergic IgG (delayed) to many, many foods, many in which I love! I have felt soooo gross for so long, so I'm happy that I'm actually NOT going crazy. But if anyone has any info I'd surely appreciate it. Like possible herbal remedies...other than just NOT eating the foods. Since I'm sooo allergic to soooo many different things I will constantly be reading labels. I currently take 4 oz. of Aloe Vera daily, which also has marshmellow and other soothing stomach stuff....but it tastes disgusting!! So was wondering if anyone had any help out there for me!!
