anyways, i went up to the weight room today, ran a mile as usualy about a 7 min mile so fairly fast. I get off and im fine, by the time i get off the elevator it really hurts on the right side of my back where kidney is (i think, its lower back) to walk. Still, about 2.5 hours later and it still hurts when i walk, taking a shower didn't help. Wonder if any of you knew what this is? its not muscle pain i know that for sure.
