These numbers aren't too bad. Your HDL is good but the LDL needs to come down. It's too high. The LDL needs to be under 130. Trigs are good, sugar too. Hope that helps.

My doctor told me not to worry because 1- My age (almost 25).. and I am trying to get pregnant.. He said if I were older (past my child-bearing years) then he would put me on meds and 2- I workout a lot, so I keep my HDL nice and high :)
