My mother has been having the most unusual symptons lately and has already tried several docs (including a neurologist who was absolutely rude). She's had an mri and an eeg (hasn't gotten the results back from the eeg yet b/c of the irresponsible docs, but mri showed signs of lesions, they weren't sure if they were from pre-existing head trauma or what and they pretty much left it there). She gets extremely heavy and to look at her, you'd think she had taken about 75 xandex. She gets extremely lathargic and her arm and leg become numb. She actually has to drag her leg to walk after a spell. I was wondering if they sound like some type of seizure to anyone. She's been tested for stroke and it was ruled out. Her docs were looking into ms, but she's had no eye probs and her bladder problems are no more than normal after have three children. She also had suffered from extreme poinson-ivy-like lesions on her skin in the summer months that would sting extremely bad, but I guess those were diagnosed at uticaria. She hadn't had one in 5 or 6 weeks until today and they make her very tired. She's also been a bit "scatter-brained" lately as well, which worries me. When not having a spell, though, it's just the forgetfulness and a little pain in her foot and her arm. Sound familiar? We're all at our wits end with the medical community!!!

Thanks,

Mindy
